Instagram Creator Profile Cards

As a way to highlight your profile and showcase your content, Instagram is testing out new profile cards with selected creators.

These updated profile cards can be digitally flipped, providing a QR code for immediate connection on one side and a profile overview on the other.

The profile overview includes your image and bio, as well as your profile category and any links you may have.

This creates a handy little summary of who you are and could serve as a quick way to gain more followers with a simple scan process.

QR codes are quickly becoming a big part of Instagram, with the platform also adding them to Broadcast Channels back in June.
