YouTube Collaborative Playlists

YouTube has introduced more than two dozen new product features, among those most relevant to musicians are collaborative playlists.

With this feature, YouTube is making it easier for people to create and share collaborative playlists as well as create artwork for them.

Users can simply invite others to collaborate using a special link or QR code for easy additions to a playlist.

In the announcement the platform also adds that users will soon be able to vote on videos they like best within the playlists as well.

This could be a handy tool that artists could use with fans, inviting them to vote on their favourite videos.
