TikTok ‘Add to Music App’ Album Pre-Saves

TikTok is currently testing the ability to pre-save upcoming albums using its ‘Add to Music App’ feature.

This tool, which is currently in beta, comes as a ‘pre-save’ button on posts including an unreleased track.

Tapping this button will take you straight through to a screen with buttons to pre-save the album on Apple Music or Spotify.

This will streamline the pre-save process for fans, and will surely result in more engagement and streams for the album.

‘Add to Music App’ has already been running strong on TikTok, encouraging people to add songs they discover on its service to their music libraries.
