TikTok has launched Behind The Breakthrough, a brand new content series spotlighting TikTok driven artist success stories.

The Behind The Breakthrough campaign as a whole features documentary-style videos, in-app experiences and enhanced search functionality.

The first video features Gigi Perez as she looks back at her career on TikTok and how the community embraced her track ‘Sailor Song’.

‘Sailor Song’ has been used in 8.3 million video creations and viewed more than 22 billion times, making it one of the biggest hits in the world.
