Qobuz AI Protections
10.03.2026
The independently owned music streaming service Qobuz is taking steps to protect artists and listeners from AI-generated content.
This protection comes in the form of a proprietary detection system designed to identify and tag AI-created tracks.
Using the new tool, the platform has begun analysing its catalogue, with AI tags set to become visible across all Qobuz applications in the coming months.
The move follows the publication of Qobuz’s AI Charter earlier this month, positioning it among the platforms clearly outlining their stance.
The company also aims to ensure human artists remain at the centre of music discovery through strengthened editorial oversight and enhanced anti-fraud measures.
