Threads Audio Library in Beta

Meta has been rolling out a limited test of an Audio Library feature on Threads in Australia and New Zealand.

Users can attach a song to any post, select the exact portion they want to feature, and share it across three different display options.

One option is a lyrics highlight feature, which displays song lyrics alongside an optional highlighted phrase chosen by the user.

The other options include an inline display within a media carousel or an animated vinyl record featuring the album artwork.

Additionally, users can reply to any post with a music clip of their own, allowing for threaded music conversations.
