Recently, YouTube shared that image posts, including carousels, can now appear in the Shorts feed.

Now, the platform has announced that it has expanded its music options to include photo posts, helping you tell your story in more dynamic ways.

You can bundle up to 10 images into a carousel and pair them with up to 15 seconds of background audio.

You can choose from YouTube’s library of licensed music or create custom soundtracks using Dream Track.

This is another opportunity to share your music with fans on the platform, although you will unfortunately be competing with AI-generated music.
