TikTok’s New Comment Features

TikTok has released a range of new ways for creators and users to engage in comment sections, introducing voice comments, polls and updates to photo comments.

Voice comments will allow users to post 60-second voice messages under any TikTok video, the feature exclusive to users aged 18 and over.

Comment polls are a feature exclusive to creators, allowing them to add a poll in their comment sections, with five clickable options and a timer for how long it will last. 

The already established photo comments feature will now allow users to expand into carousels, with up to nine photos at once or Live Photos from their camera roll.
