Youth Music’s Recharge Fund

British Charity Youth Music has launched its £2.4 million Recharge Fund to tackle racial inequality in the arts and support marginalised communities.

The fund will provide around 20 organisations with grants of up to £120,000 over four years.

The funding is flexible, helping organisations invest in areas such as staff development, fundraising and long-term growth.

The initiative aims to address barriers faced by Black and ethnically minority-led organisations when accessing arts funding.

Applications close on 4 December 2026, with successful applicants also receiving guidance and support.
