Cerebral Palsy Alliance Steptember

02.09.2025

Steptember is a month-long Australian fitness challenge powered by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.

Funds raised will go towards supporting early detection, therapy, and life-changing support for babies and children with cerebral palsy.

The challenge encourages participants to move the equivalent of 10,000 steps each day for the month of September.

Every activity—whether walking, running, Pilates, or pickleball—can be converted into steps using their handy step converter.

In 2024 alone, over 80,000 participants across 2,000 workplaces collectively logged 12.82 billion steps and raised $6.6 million.
