Instagram Trial Reels

Meta is introducing Trial Reels, a new way to try out content and see what performs best by sharing them with people who don’t follow you.

This new feature will allow you to experiment with new ideas without having to worry about how your followers might react.

Trial Reels will be shown to non-followers first, and then if you feel good about how it’s performing, you can share it with followers with one tap.

You also have the option to set it up so once the trial is over, it will automatically be shared with followers if its performed well.

To share a Reel as a trial, simply take the usual steps to create a Reel, but before sharing, tap the toggle to turn on “Trial”.
