Music in Facebook Text Posts

Meta has added another music sharing option to Facebook, allowing artists and fans to promote music on the platform.

You are now able to add music, as well as new themed backgrounds for selected artists, to your Facebook posts.

Adding a music track to your text post lets your connections listen to the song instantly, directly within the stream.

In addition, the platform is also looking to improve its recommendations to feature more musicians.

Facebook has stated that it is determined to find more ways to integrate songs directly into the platform’s process.
