Spotify Playlist Notes

Spotify has introduced Playlist Notes, a new feature that lets you add thoughts and context directly inside the playlists you make.

The platform’s globe-spanning team of editors will now use the feature inside editorial playlists as well.

With Playlist Notes, editors can share why a track matters, what makes it culturally relevant, or why it belongs in that particular playlist.

The brand-new feature is gradually rolling out to users aged 16 and older in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

To start off, you’ll find notes in Today’s Top Hits, RapCaviar, Hot Country, All New Pop, mint, and Fresh Finds Hip-Hop.
