Spotify’s New Conversational Tool

Spotify has introduced another way for listeners to shape what they hear, discover new music, and explore their listening habits.

Eligible Premium users will see new ways to interact with Spotify across Home and the Now Playing view on mobile.

By typing or speaking directly in the app, they can have back-and-forth conversations to choose what’s playing.

They can also use this feature to learn more about the music, revisit their listening history, and go deeper into podcasts and audiobooks.

This experience is part of Spotify’s ongoing effort to make the platform more personalised and useful for every listener.
