TikTok #BehindTheSong Live Masterclasses

TikTok’s latest live series, #BehindTheSong Live, has kicked off this month and it is designed specifically for songwriters.

The first of the series ran last week with a songwriting masterclass from Grammy-nominated writer RuthAnne.

Held on TikTok itself, the stream saw RuthAnne offer her best songwriting secrets, tips for writing hits, and music industry advice.

The next live event will be held on the 11th December with UK collecting society PRS for Music explaining how songwriter royalties work.

The lives come as an extension of TikTok’s existing #BehindTheSongs video series where songwriters and producers talk about their processes.
