TikTok ‘Delete and Re-edit’ Option

TikTok is currently testing a handy new option that will enable you to start over on your video project after posting.

This feature will allow you to access your posted clip, remove all the edits that you’ve made and recreate it.

All you have to do is head to the video you wish to re-edit, press the three dots, and you should find the option to ‘Delete and re-edit’.

This will only count if you made the edits to your video on TikTok and won’t count if you used a third-party app such as CapCut.

Having this option could come in handy if you’ve noticed a mistake or if you just want to try out a different approach in retrospect
