TikTok Songwriter Features

TikTok has announced the beta launch of its Songwriting Features, aiming to highlight and give due credit to songwriters on the platform.

The new features mean that songwriters’ musical works and their shared content will sit side-by-side in one place.

This gives them the opportunity to highlight the works they have written or co-written and share stories about how it came together.

Songwriters can register for a Songwriter Account, which will identify them as a Songwriter under their profile name and image.

The Songwriter Music Tab will also be available on their profile to spotlight a selection of the tracks they have written.
